We run a number of Taekwon-Do classes, catering for children as young as four years old to classes for the youth and adults.
Cardio Kick Butt is a fun fitness class instructed by Mrs Sonya Robinson of B fit b healthy.
Students are able to grade throughout the year via our national organisation’s grading system.
There are three coloured belt gradings and two black belt gradings per year.

We participate in a number of tournaments, including regional, national and international championships.
The Tournament Training Squad will be starting trainings soon to prepare for the upcoming tournaments. Watch this space!
